No site builder ( freewebs, live journal, tripod, ect. But if you’re site is super good, I’ll think about it )
No premade layout
Graphics site only please
Must update at least once a month
No nudity
No beginners, I want the designer to be at least as skilled as I am, or even better
Nice web mistress or webmasters, I would actually like to make friends with my affiliates and siblings. At least come and visit me once in a while because I will also keep in touch with you as well.
